We know it feels really bad and weird to talk about one of the most loved characters(Tony Stark) in the marvel universe. Genius, Playboy, Billionaire, Philanthropist, and probably a criminal.

For this article, we are going to go a little deep into Marvel Movies and comics. So, a spoiler warning is now in effect. Now that you have been warned let us take a look at some severe crimes committed by Anthony Edward Stark.

Masking Himself Before Revealing His Identity

Yes, it’s that easy to commit a crime. Tony Stark wearing a suit of armor and a mask is a crime in New York. As a modern city is not allowed to wear disguises with other people without any reason or for their personal benefit. This rule is certainly bent to some extent, but that is done only for festivals and events. So, flying wearing a mask in NYC is a crime.

Refusing His Property To Government

In Iron Man 2, Tony Stark refused to give out his property to the government. “You want my property, you can’t have it” as the famous quote goes. Refusing your generation-long services to the government without any reason is considered an act of treason. It is treason because of the refusal of services that are as important as giving weapons to the army.

Attacking James Rhoades

In Iron Man 2, When tony was drunk and was shooting repulsor beams in front of a lot of people, which can be considered a crime in his own manner. Jeopardizing the safety of all those people is a crime itself, but when stopped by James Rhoades, Tony Stark started attacking him. Now let us tell you, attacking army personnel proves that Tony Stark is a Criminal

Giving Peter Parker Instant Kill

One of the biggest crimes that Tony Stark has done is giving a new suit to peter parker with instant kill mode. In Spiderman Homecoming, Peter Parker is 15 years old, and providing him with a weaponized suit designed to kill? It is the same as providing miners arms to use at their wills, which can be considered a Crime.

Bringing Peter Parker In Civil War

In Captain America Civil War, Tony Stark hires Peter Parker to fight by his side Civil War. Remember peter is still 15, pulling a kid into a civil war just to fulfill your own agenda is a serious crime.

These are some crimes of Tony Stark, we haven’t even touched on what he did earlier on in the movies and the comics. Like at the time he created a powerful A.I. named Ultron and left it to lose in the whole world. Or the time when he faked his own death. Or the many times that prove that Tony Stark is a Criminal. But forget these crimes, he has done so much for the universe, like saving it countless times. Whatever he did, he will be one of the greatest heroes to ever exist in the marvel universe and who is loved by millions of people like us.
